Our Terms of Service
Listed on each estimate and Invoice, to be accepted before services are performed, are as follows:
1. “YES, DO THIS WORK” I hereby authorize the services described to be performed using the necessary parts and materials. I understand that automotive repair and inspection may reveal existing or hidden conditions not originally diagnosed. I agree that Auto Service Elevated and its employees shall not be held responsible for failures or damages resulting from pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or from components not replaced during this service, including repairs that were recommended but declined. I agree that Auto Service Elevated shall not be responsible for loss of or damage to my vehicle or personal property left in the vehicle resulting from fire, theft, water damage, weather conditions, vandalism, or other circumstances beyond our control.
2. "YOU MAY DRIVE MY CAR ON PUBLIC ROADS" I authorize Auto Service Elevated, its owners and employees to operate the vehicle for purposes including inspection, diagnostics, road testing, and delivery related to the authorized repairs or services. I release, indemnify, and hold harmless Auto Service Elevated, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liability, loss, or damage arising from or related to operation of the vehicle, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
3. "NO PAYMENT, NO KEYS" PAYMENT IS DUE AT TIME OF SERVICE / BEFORE DELIVERY AND WILL INCUR A $35 CHARGE IF NOT PAID WITHIN 5 DAYS OF INVOICE AND EVERY 5 DAYS THEREAFTER UNTIL PAID. The customer acknowledges that Auto Service Elevated has a mechanic’s lien on the vehicle being serviced to secure payment for all labor, parts, and services performed until paid in full.
4. “TEXTING & ONLINE COMMUNICATION” By providing your mobile phone number and email address, you consent to receive text messages and emails from Auto Service Elevated, including copies of estimates, work orders, invoices, appointment reminders, follow-ups, service reminders, and general marketing communications. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
5. "2 YEAR/24,000 MILE LIMITED AUTOMOTIVE WARRANTY & 1 YEAR MARINE & UTV LIMITED WARRANTY" See our website for full details.
6. "HERE'S MY SIGNATURE" I acknowledge and agree that the attached digital image of my signature is the legal equivalent of my handwritten signature and constitutes my agreement to these terms.
AUTOMOTIVE- LIMITED WARRANTY
Unless otherwise specified below, repairs performed by our shop are covered by a Limited Warranty of 2 years or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first, from the date of service. This warranty includes both parts and labor for components supplied and installed by Auto Service Elevated, provided the vehicle is operated under normal driving conditions and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations.
This warranty does not cover collateral or secondary damage resulting from part failure or from continued operation of the vehicle when service should have been sought promptly.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS
This warranty does not cover towing, rental vehicles, loss of time, or any incidental or consequential expenses. All warranty repairs must be performed by Auto Service Elevated and completed within our service area. Mobile warranty repairs are limited to locations within a 20-mile radius of Jackson, Wyoming, or Thayne, Wyoming, and must be no more than three miles from a paved, county-maintained road.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
The following items and situations are not covered under this warranty:

Customer-supplied parts

Brakes pads
-
Brake rotors
-
Shocks and struts on vehicles that have been modified or altered (including lifts, lowering kits, or suspension modifications)

Failures caused by misuse, neglect, accidents or lack of proper maintenance

Normal wear and tear items not listed above but considered maintenance components: Wiper blades, engine and cabin air filters, oil, fuel and transmission filters.

Repairs required due to external causes such as road hazards or environmental damage

ELECTRICAL, POWERTRAIN & MAJOR DRIVETRAIN COMPONENTS
Warranty coverage for these parts is provided by the manufacturer and is separate from Auto Service Elevated’s warranty. Coverage terms—including time, mileage, and any applicable service requirements—will vary by manufacturer. These details will be reviewed with you by an Auto Service Elevated team member and clearly documented on the repair order prior to service approval and completion of the work.
MARINE & UTV - LIMITED WARRANTY
Covered by a Limited Warranty of 1 year from the date of service. This warranty includes both parts and labor for components supplied and installed by Auto Service Elevated, provided the vehicle and/or vessel is operated under normal driving conditions and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations.
The same warranty limitations and exclusions listed above for automotive apply to marine and UTV repairs.
