This role is designed for someone who wants to learn hands-on, working directly alongside an experienced technician in both automotive and marine service.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assisting a Lead Technician with daily tasks and repairs

  • Riding along in a service vehicle to job sites

  • Preparing tools, parts, and work areas

  • Keeping the workspace and vehicle clean and organized

  • Observing and learning repair processes

  • Supporting the team and maintaining workflow

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

  • Positive attitude and reliability

  • Ability to follow directions and communicate clearly

  • Interest in hands-on work (automotive, marine, or mechanical)

  • Punctual and dependable

  • Driver’s license (or working toward one preferred)
