Our Terms of Service

Listed on each estimate and Invoice, to be accepted before services are performed, are as follows:

1. "YES, DO THIS WORK" I hereby authorize the corresponding service to be done along with the necessary materials.

2. "YOU MAY DRIVE MY CAR ON PUBLIC ROADS" Auto Service Elevated staff may operate my vehicle for the purpose of testing, inspection, and delivery.

3. "NO PAYMENT, NO KEYS" PAYMENT IS DUE AT TIME OF SERVICE / BEFORE DELIVERY AND WILL INCUR A $35 CHARGE IF NOT PAID WITHIN 5 DAYS OF INVOICE AND EVERY 5 DAYS THERAFTER UNTIL PAID An express lien is acknowledged on my "vehicle" (item being serviced by Auto Service Elevated) to secure the amount of services thereto.

4. "ONLINE COMMUNICATION OK" I welcome email from Auto Service Elevated as a means of receiving copies of my estimate, work order, and invoice.

5. "TEXTING COMMUNICATION OK" By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Auto Service Elevated.  Messages may include appointment reminders and follow-ups, service reminders, and general marketing. Message & Data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt-out.

6. "HERE'S MY SIGNATURE" I endorse the attached digital image of my signature as equivalent to my written signature and as proof of my agreement to these five terms.

7.  "WARRANTY" 2 year, 24 thousand mile warranty applies to repairs where Auto Service Elevated supplies all parts and services. Warranty does not cover collateral damages from parts failure or due to failure to bring vehicle into shop in a prudent manner.
