Careers at Auto Service Elevated

At Auto Service Elevated, we are not looking for people who just want a job. We are looking for people who want to be part of a professional team, take pride in their work, and help us deliver a higher standard of automotive and marine care.

Our mission is to make life easier, safer, and better informed for our clients through quality work, honest communication, and continuous improvement. Our team is built on Teamwork, Knowledge, Ambition, Trustworthiness, and Communication.

Whether you are applying as an Automotive Technician, Service Advisor, or Technician Assistant, the expectation is the same: show up with integrity, communicate clearly, take ownership, and keep learning.

What It’s Like to Work Here

Auto Service Elevated is a structured, fast-moving shop that uses modern systems, technology, and team communication to keep work flowing efficiently.

Our daily operations include:

  • Digital vehicle inspections

  • Clear communication between advisors, technicians, and support staff

  • Automotive and marine service

  • Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles

  • Modern diagnostic tools, scan equipment, and repair information systems

  • A strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism

We believe the best shops are not built by one person. They are built by teams who trust each other, support each other, and hold each other accountable.

How We Operate

Our team is built on the following principles:

We push to improve, grow, and stay ahead of industry changes and technology.

Trustworthiness

Honesty and accountability are non-negotiable. Clients trust us to diagnose and repair vehicles correctly the first time.

Communication

Clear communication prevents problems and keeps the team operating efficiently.

These are not suggestions—they are expectations.

The Roles on Our Team

Automotive Service Technician

Our technicians repair and service vehicles and watercraft with quality, accuracy, and pride. This role is for someone who can complete repairs independently, follow shop processes, communicate clearly, and continue growing their diagnostic skills.

Service Advisor

Our service advisors are the communication bridge between the client and the shop. This role requires organization, professionalism, trustworthiness, and the ability to clearly explain recommendations while keeping the client experience smooth and informed.

Technician Assistant

Our technician assistants support shop production by helping with inspections, basic services, organization, parts handling, shop cleanliness, and workflow. This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn, grow, and build a career in the automotive industry.

How We Operate

Teamwork

We support each other and work toward shared goals. No role succeeds alone.

Knowledge

We invest in training, modern tooling, and continuous education because this industry changes constantly.

Ambition

We push to improve, grow, and stay ahead of industry changes.

Trustworthiness

Honesty and accountability are non-negotiable. Our clients and teammates rely on us to do what we say we will do.

Communication

These are not suggestions. They are expectations.
